How does the COVID-19 pandemic affect delivery?
Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic in some cases affects slower delivery of orders. We do everything we can to deliver all orders as soon as possible! What are the available payment methods?
Payment is possible in three ways: online payment via the myPOS system integrated in our webshop, online payment by KEKS Pay or cash on delivery when picking up the product on the doorstep. Cash on delivery is only possible if delivery is within Croatia.
Can I pick up products at a physical branch?
Printee is exclusively an online webshop that works on the principles of e-commerce and it is currently not possible to pick up a shipment at a physical location.
What are the terms of delivery?
Delivery in Croatia is free for orders over HRK 299.99. For lower value orders, delivery is charged according to the following price list:
delivery for online payment (5-10 working days) - 28 kn;
delivery for cash on delivery (5-10 working days) - 36 kn for cash on delivery.
For orders from Slovenia, the average delivery time is between 7 and 12 working days. For other orders outside Croatia, there is no threshold for free delivery, but it is always paid extra when finalizing the order, depending on the destination of the shipment.
Via which courier service do you deliver?
In order to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, and thus delivery, we cooperate with the GLS courier service for orders within Croatia. For orders outside Croatia, we cooperate with GLS and DPD.
In which countries is delivery and purchase possible?
Delivery and purchase is currently possible in the following countries: Austria, BiH, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain and Sweden.
What are the terms of return / exchange of goods?
You can return the goods or change the size free of charge within a total of 30 days of receiving the order. If you want to make a refund or replacement, please contact us at [email protected] with a request to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order. We will send you back all the necessary information regarding the return of your order.
